DESCRIPTION
CSA No. 2021-028-01 with Straughn Trout Architects, LLC provides required A&E services associated with a proposed new Roads and Drainage Division Inspection Testing Building to be located at the Roads and Drainage Division main campus located at 3000 Sheffield Road, Winter Haven. The proposed new building is replacing the existing antiquated non-code compliant building structure.
RECOMMENDATION
Board approve CSA No. 2021-028-01 with Straughn Trout Architects, LLC, for A&E services associated with a new Roads and Drainage Division Inspection Testing Building.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds in the amount of $168,376.00 are currently budgeted and available in the transportation millage fund.
