DESCRIPTION
On February 6, 2024, the Board approved agenda item 23-4098 for a Local Agency Program Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation which included a resolution to amend the FY 23/24 budget and CIP amendment in the amount of $800,000. Both the CIP amendment form and Budget resolution contained incorrect account string information. This request is to accept and approve the corrected documents which are needed to Budget for the receipt of this funding and project expenditures.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the correction of a Scrivener’s Error amending the budget resolution and CIP budget amendment document that were originally included on the February 6th agenda item.
FISCAL IMPACT
No fiscal impact: upon approval the Budget and CIP will be amended to include the $800,000 in funding received from the Florida Department of Transportation within the Special Revenue Grant Fund and project.
