DESCRIPTION

The Grenelefe Community Development District (CDD) is for 423 units on approximately 132.7 acres located west of the bend in Lake Marion Drive, west of South Bay Drive, south of Coventry Lane and Stratford Court, south and east of Haines City, north and east of the city of Dundee in Sections 17 and 18, Township 28, Range 28.

 

The Board of County Commissioners is required pursuant to Section 190.046 F.S. to hold a public hearing to decide upon the establishment of a CDD.  The Board must consider six criteria found in Section 190.005, F.S. explained in the staff report.

 

RECOMMENDATION

By voting to approve, the Board finds affirmative for items (1), (3), (4), and (6); find in the negative for items (2), and (5) under Section 190.005, F.S; and adopts an ordinance.
