Accept instruments for additional right-of-way along Hart Road and Daughtery Road as requested through the Development Review Process. (No fiscal impact)

DESCRIPTION
As a result of proposed developments adjacent to County roadways, the County, through its Development Review Process has requested additional right-of-way in order to bring the rights-of-way adjacent to the subject sites up to current road classification standards. The owners have executed and delivered instruments to Polk County for the additional rights-of-way.
Accepting the following instruments will give the County the right-of-way needed to upgrade the existing rights-of-way to meet current road classification standards.
1. Quit Claim Deeds from Davenport Legacy Multifamily LLC, a Florida limited liability company and Davenport Legacy LLC, a Florida limited liability company for additional right-of-way along Hart Road, in conjunction with a proposed residential development. The subject right-of-way lies in Section 12, Township 26 South, Range 27 East.
2. Quit Claim Deed from Common Wealth Trust Services, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, as Trustee of The Daughtery Road Gibson Court Land Trust dated August 6, 2021 for additional right-of-way along Daughtery Road, in conjunction with a proposed residential development. The subject right-of-way lies in Section 24, Township 27 South, Range 23 East.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the afore-mentioned Quit Claim Deeds.
