DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of Holly Hill Grove Road 1, west of US 27, north of Sand Hill Road, east of FDC Grove Road and east and north of the city of Haines City and north of Davenport, in Section 30, Township 26, Range 27. 26. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on March 6, 2024, with a recommendation of approval by a 6:0 vote.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board set the transmittal hearing date for May 7, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. and the adoption hearing date for September 3, 2024, at 9:30 a.m.
