DESCRIPTION
The County acquired fourteen parcels through the statutory escheatment process. The parcels are all vacant lots that lie within the municipal limits of the City of Lakeland (hereinafter "City").

1. Parcel ID Number 232802-019000-001270 was acquired July 27, 2022 through an Escheatment Tax Deed recorded in Official Record Book 12357 at Page 329. The parcel contains approximately 5,660 square feet and is located along the north side of Elliott Street to the west of Compson Place.

2. Parcel ID Number 232811-032000-004380 was acquired July 27, 2022 through an Escheatment Tax Deed recorded in Official Record Book 12357 at Page 330. The parcel contains approximately 12,630 square feet and is located at the northeast corner of 10th Street and Connestee Road.

3. Parcel ID Number 232811-035000-000480 was acquired July 27, 2022 through an Escheatment Tax Deed recorded in Official Record Book 12357 at Page 331. The parcel contains approximately 6,530 square feet and is located along the east side of Arlington Road to the south of Kathleen Road.

4. Parcel ID Number 232812-044500-012080 was acquired July 27, 2022 through an Escheatment Tax Deed recorded in Official Record Book 12357 at Page 332. The parcel contains approximately 15,250 square feet and is located at the southeast corner of Lincoln Avenue and Valencia Street.

5. Parcel ID Number 232812-047500-004010 was acquired July 27, 2022 through an Escheatment Tax Deed recorded in Official Record Book 12357 at Page 335. The parcel contains approximately 7,840 square feet and is located at the northeast side of Omohundro Avenue to the east of Kathleen Road.
