DESCRIPTION
In January 2015, the Board established an advisory committee for the purpose of prioritizing the locations for new sidewalks within the County. This resolution will change the terms for Committee members to follow the County’s Fiscal Year, which begins October 1st. Adoption of this resolution will extend the current members’ terms, which begin on March 1st, to September 30th.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board adopt the associated Resolution and authorize the Chairperson to amend Resolution No. 15-008 changing the Committee members’ terms for the Polk County Sidewalk Advisory Committee to follow the County’s Fiscal Year.
