DESCRIPTION
On August 16, 2022, the Board held a public hearing to consider an appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision to approve LDPD-2022-5. At the conclusion of the De Novo hearing, the Board voted 4-1 to deny the proposed Planned Development application without prejudice. Pursuant to Florida Statutes section 125.022, the Board must adopt a written order specifying the reason for denial.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board adopt the order denying LDPD-2022-5 without prejudice.
