DESCRIPTION
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) requests the BoCC release and approve the appropriation and expenditure of $429,681.60 from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund. These funds will be used to upgrade the audio visual systems at ten Sheriff’s office facilities.
These funds will be expended in accordance with the provisions of the above referenced F.S. pursuant to F.SS section 932.7055(5)(b). This request complies with the provisions of F.S.S. section 932.0755(5)(a)
RECOMMENDATION
Recommend the Board approve the appropriation and expenditure from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Law Enforcement Trust Fund.
