DESCRIPTION

In 2014, the Board of County Commissioners (“Board”) adopted Ordinance 2014-14, the Solid Waste Management Facility Siting and Operation Ordinance (“Siting Ordinance”).  The proposed amendment amends the Siting Ordinance to exempt Cardboard & Shredded Paper Collection facilities from the Ordinance’s requirements.

RECOMMENDATION

Set first reading for October 18, 2022 and second reading on November 1, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.

No fiscal impact.
