DESCRIPTION
The proposed resolution establishes expedited hearing procedures for land use cases. A land use case will qualify for expedited hearings when there is no opposition present at the Planning Commission hearing, the applicant agrees to the expedited hearing and the Development Review Committee recommendation is for approval.
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt the proposed resolution establishing expedited hearing procedures for land use cases.
