DESCRIPTION

Approve the CDBG subrecipient agreement Amendment 1 between Polk County and The City of Winter Haven to amend the “Lake Conine Recreation Element” Contract to extend the termination date to March 31^st, 2023. This agreement, in the amount of $300,000.00 was enacted on October 1, 2021, and will expire on September 30, 2022. This project was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on November 11, 2021.

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board approve this Amendment to extend the contract termination date.

FISCAL IMPACT

Funds are available in the Special Revenue Grant Fund.
