On August 17, 2021, the Board accepted Maintenance Bond No. PR2712282 in the amount of $11,628.67. A warranty inspection was performed on August 18, 2022 concerning all items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Maintenance Bond No. PR2712282 in the amount of $11,628.67.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Maintenance Bond No. PR2712282 in the amount of $11,628.67 for Elite Automotive.
