DESCRIPTION
On May 3, 2022, the Board reduced the cash surety to $341,325 for miscellaneous construction items. This approval would reduce the cash surety to $183,053.75 for the remaining outstanding miscellaneous construction items. The Land Development Division requests the Board release the difference of $158,271.25 cash surety.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release $158,271.25 of the cash surety for Fantasy Island Resort.
