DESCRIPTION
On March 1, 2022, the Board accepted a surety bond in the amount of $1,132,747.97 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on June 21, 2022, concerning the miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release the Surety Bond No. ES00002904 in the amount of $1,132,747.97.
