DESCRIPTION
Tyson’s Car Wash is a commercial development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on May 12, 2021. Tyson’s Car Wash is located in the Southwest Regional Utility Service Area in S-13, T-29, R-23, and is located on South Florida Ave in Lakeland, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Tyson’s Car Wash wastewater utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the wastewater utility system improvements of Tyson’s Car Wash for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
