DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the east side of Highway 27, north of Ronald Reagan Parkway, south of Legacy Park Boulevard, east of Jacks Road, Davenport, in Section 13, Township 25, Range 26. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on August 3, 2022, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 7:0). 

 

The Florida Statutes require the local governing board to take action on the proposed amendment.

Adopt,

Adopt as amended by the Board, or

Do Not Adopt.
