DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located north of Pipkin Road, east of Primrose Court and Periwinkle Court, west of Dossey Road, and south of Bramble Wood Drive, south of the City of Lakeland in Section 11, Township 29, Range 23. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on August 3, 2022, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 7:0).
The Florida Statutes require the local governing board to take action on the proposed amendment.
