DESCRIPTION
This is a staff-initiated request to amend to amend the definition of Solid Waste Management Facility in Division 4.400 Glossary to exclude cardboard & shredded paper collection, and add definitions for cardboard & shredded paper collection, cardboard, and shredded paper. The Planning Commission heard the subject application on July 6, 2022 and the Board transmitted the case to the Department of Economic Opportunity on July 19, 2022.
RECOMMENDATION
Reset the adoption hearing date for November 1, 2022, at 9:30 a.m.
