DESCRIPTION

Tracye Smith requests a Waiver to Section 705.B for approval for a residential lot with access through a private road easement that provides access to more than four existing lots and whose parent lot does not front a paved road meeting County standards. The property is located at 723 Honeycomb Lane, west of Old Berkley Road, east of SR 559, south of Honeyfarm Lane, north of the city of Auburndale, in Section 16, Township 27, Range 25. On August 3, 2022, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend approval of this application.  

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request the Board set a hearing for September 20 at 9:30 a.m.
