On May 3, 2022, the Board accepted a performance surety bond in the amount of $152,387 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on August 12, 2022, concerning the miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Performance Bond No. GM204411 in the amount of $152,387.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Performance Bond No. GM204411 in the amount of $152,387 for Astonia North.
