This request is to accept Performance Surety Bond No. 41K236150 and rider in the amount of $246,829.55 for outstanding construction items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. On May 3, 2022, the Board approved Caloosa Ridge plat for conditional approval. The Land Development Division has reviewed and recommends acceptance of this performance surety.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept Performance Bond No. 41K236150 and rider in the amount of $246,829.55 for Caloosa Ridge.
