On August 3, 2021, the Board accepted a performance surety bond in the amount of $2,870,471.57 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on July 18, 2022, concerning the miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Performance Bond No. SU1173205 in the amount of $2,870,471.57.

Request Board approve the release of Performance Bond No. SU1173205 in the amount of $2,870,471.57 for The Glen at West Haven.
