DESCRIPTION
US 27 Sandmine Road Mixed Use Phase 1 is a commercial development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on June 14, 2022. US 27 Sandmine Road Mixed Use Phase 1 is located in the Northeast Regional Utility Service Area in S-13, T-25, R-26, and is located on HWY 27, Davenport Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the US 27 Sandmine Road Mixed Use Phase 1 water, wastewater and reclaimed water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the water, wastewater and reclaimed water utility system improvements of US 27 Sandmine Road Mixed Use Phase 1 for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
