DESCRIPTION

Kimley-Horn requests a Planned Development (PD) approval to increase the Floor Area Ratio (FAR) from 0.40 to 1.0 within the boundaries of the project area (2.77 acres) for a self-storage facility and office in a CACX land use district in the Ronald Reagan Selected Area Plan. Self-Storage Facilities are “C4” conditional uses in CACX land use districts which require Board approval. The subject site is located at 110 Hart Road, at the northwestern corner of Hart Road and US 17/92, south of the Ronald Reagan Parkway, north of Davenport, in Section 12, Township 26, Range 27. On September 7, 2022, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend approval of this application.  

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request the Board set a hearing for October 4, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.
