DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south and east of Colbert Road, west of Dave Robbins Way and US 98, and north of Crestwood Street, south of the City of Lakeland in Section 11, Township 29, Range 24. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on July 6, 2022.   The Planning Commission recommended DENIAL by a vote of 6-0.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the adoption hearing date for October 18, 2022, at 9:30 a.m.
