DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the south side of County Road 630, 1.6 miles southwest of the SR 60 and CR 630 intersection, 7.75 miles east of the city of Frostproof, Florida in Section 16, Township 31, Range 30. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on April 3, 2024, with a recommendation for approval by a 7:0 vote.
