DESCRIPTION
The bids for construction of a new traffic signal at CR 540A at Hallam Preserve Blvd have been received and the total amount of the bids is $610,960.25. Construction is underway and the new traffic signal is expected to be in operation no later than July 2024 which is ahead of the original construction schedule. This CIP Amendment moves budget from FY 24/25 to current year to fully fund final construction.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve CIP Amendment and budget transfer in the amount of $60,000.00 to complete final construction of the CR 540A at Hallam Preserve Intersection Project.
FISCAL IMPACT
Upon approval of the CIP Amendment, Funds in the amount of $60,000.00 will be transferred from the Transportation Impact Northwest, Reserve for Future Capital to the CIP Project.
