This request is associated with a previously approved variance, LDLVAR-2022-37. The applicant is requesting a surface water setback variance from the requirements in LDC Section 610.D.6 and a reduction in primary and accessory side setbacks for the primary structure and a detached garage. East of Polk City Road, south of Lake Lowery Road, north of Old Haines City Lake Alfred Road, west of Bonnet Lake, north of the City of Haines City in Section 13, Township 27, Range 26.
