The applicant is requesting a variance to reduce the Right of Way (ROW) setback from 65 feet to 13 feet to expand an existing structure on the adjacent vacant parcel. The subject property is Lot 651 of Inwood Unit 3, located south of Havendale Boulevard Northwest, north of Avenue V Northwest, east of 28th Street Northwest, west of 26th Street Northwest, west of the City of Winter Haven, in Section 13, Township 28, Range 25.
