DESCRIPTION
Polk County recently purchased property adjacent to Lake Marion (generally known as Bellini Preserve) for conservation purposes. Polk County now desires to vacate portions of several Poinciana plats associated with the property (Neighborhood 1 West, Village 7, Neighborhood 2 West, Village 7, Neighborhood 3 West, Village 7, Neighborhood 7 West, Village 7) to ensure the property remains conservation.
RECOMMENDATION
Set public hearing to consider the vacation of portions of several plats associated with lands recently purchased by Polk County for conservation purposes. for June 18, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.
