DESCRIPTION
This request is to accept Performance Surety in the form of Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. FGAC-24195 in the amount of $10,419,846.92 for outstanding construction items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. On September 5, 2023, the Board approved Garden Hill Phase 2 plat for conditional approval. The Land Development Division has reviewed and recommends acceptance of this performance surety.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept Performance Surety in the form of Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. FGAC-24195 in the amount of $10,419,846.92 for Garden Hill Phase 2.
