This request is to accept a one-year warranty and surety in the amount of $16,768.50 in the form of a Maintenance Bond No. 7901110430, which represents 10% of the cost of the publicly dedicated offsite infrastructure for ownership and maintenance responsibilities for Hickory Ranch Phase 2. This warranty is for a one-year period beginning with the Board’s acceptance. This one-year warranty period begins on June 4, 2024, and ends on June 4, 2025.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept a one-year warranty expiring on June 4, 2025, and a Maintenance Bond No. 7901110430 in the amount of $16,768.50 for Hickory Ranch Phase 2.
