DESCRIPTION
On November 22, 2022, the Board accepted a performance surety bond in the amount of $1,700,000.00 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on February 23, 2024, concerning the miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release the Performance Bond No. 30152647 in the amount of $1,700,000.00.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of the Performance Bond No. 30152647in the amount of $1,700,000.00 for Hickory Ranch.
