DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the south of Cypress Parkway, east of Lake Marion Creek Drive, west of Caspian Road, and north of Marigold Avenue, east of the city limits of Haines City, in Section 33, Township 27, Range 28. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on May 1, 2024, with a recommendation for approval (5:2).
