DESCRIPTION
The Board approved Master Consulting Agreement 2022-088 with HNTB Corporation on October 4, 2022, to provide professional engineering services for Roads and Drainage Division projects where the cost of construction does not exceed $4,000,000.00 and the cost for services do not exceed $500,000.00.
In accordance with the agreement, HNTB has requested, and the Roads and Drainage Division has agreed to an adjusted Fee Schedule as outlined in Exhibit B-2 of this amendment.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve Amendment 1 to Agreement 2022-088 with HNTB Corporation.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are budgeted and available within each County Division’s budget that utilize these services.
