DESCRIPTION
Approve the SHIP new construction contract in the amount of $184,989.00 for development of a single-family home and grant funds in the amount of $5,019.20 for a total project amount of $190,008.20.
Developing new construction single family homes fosters our mission of affordable housing for homeownership opportunities. The County offers Down Payment Assistance and closing costs and a homebuyer subsidy for new homeowners that are very low or low income.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve this SHIP new construction program contract.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund
