DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request related to the Grenelefe development located south of HWY 544, west of Lake Marion Road, on both sides of Kokomo Road, north of Lake Hatchineha Road, southeast of and abutting the City of Haines City, in Sections 05, 06, 07, 08, and 18 Township 28, Range 28.
State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on Jun 5, 2024, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 4:3). This is the transmittal hearing to the Department of Florida Commerce and the adoption hearing is scheduled for June 18, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. and the adoption hearing is scheduled for August 6, 2024.
