DESCRIPTION
The Facilities Management Division requested Procurement to solicit bids from qualified contractors who were interested in restoring 204 windows and repairing 4 oak doors at the Polk County History Center located at 100 E. Main Street, Bartow, FL 33830. The restorations are necessary to preserve the facility, which is a historic landmark and must meet the standards of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the State of Florida.
Bid 24-249, Polk County History Center - Exterior Window Restoration & Door Repairs was issued, and two contractors submitted bids. The lowest responsive bid was submitted by Specialized Property Services, Inc.
