DESCRIPTION
The medical services agreement (MSA) will allow for the provision of nephrology services to qualified county residents enrolled in the Polk HealthCare Plan (PHP). The MSA will be effective August 1, 2024.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the medical services agreement with Central Florida Kidney Specialists, Inc. for specialty care services.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Indigent Health Care Fund.
