DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located at 4815 New Tampa Highway (US-92), west of Galloway Road, east of Kraft Road, north of Old Tampa Highway, south of I-4, north and west of the City of Lakeland in Section 20, Township 28, Range 23 to change approximately 2.55 acres of the +/- 5.92 acres of the subject site from BPC-1 to BPC-2.
State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on July 10, 2024, with a recommendation for approval (7:0).
