DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the south side of State Road 60, west of Hamlin Street, north of Hunt Brothers Road, and east of County Road 17B, surrounded by the City of Lake Wales, in Section 07, Township 30 and Range 28.

 

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on July 10th, 2024, with a recommendation for approval (7:0).
