The applicant is requesting approval of a borrow pit (non-phosphate mining) to support the construction of a gypsum stack extension located at 3095 County Road 640, east of the Hillsborough County Line, west of State Road 37, north of Bethlehem Road, south of the City of Mulberry, in Sections 4 and 9, Township 31, Range 23.
