DESCRIPTION

Approve CDBG rehabilitation/replacement program Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC-23-CDBG-004 in the amount of $186,464.00 for home replacement and rehabilitation/replacement program Grant Agreement in the amount of $13,534.00 construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $199,998.00.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request approval of this CDBG rehabilitation/replacement program agreement.

 

FISCAL IMPACT

Funds are available in the Special Revenue Grant Fund.
