Approve SHIP Hurricane Housing Recovery Program (HHRP) rehabilitation/replacement Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #DR24-S-IAN-012 in the amount of $185,900.00 for home replacement and rehabilitation/replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $7,829.20 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $193,729.20
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP Hurricane Housing Recovery Program rehabilitation/replacement agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
