The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use (CU) approval for a Construction Aggregate Processing and Storage on approximately 10.41 acres in an Industrial-X (INDX) Land Use District within the US 98 Selected Area Plan (SAP). The subject site is located north of Winter Lake Road, south of Polk Parkway, east of Reynolds Road, west of Circle B Ranch Road, east of the City of Lakeland in Section 35, Township 28, Range 24.
