This is an applicant-initiated request to change the Future Land Use on +/- 1.7 acres from Residential Low (RL) to Residential High (RH) in the Transit Supportive Development Area (TSDA). The subject property is located south of Ewell Road, east of Lunn Road, west of State Road 37, and north of Shepherd Road, northwest of the City of Mulberry, in Sections 23, Township 29, and Range 23.
