DESCRIPTION
This is a county-initiated request for property located on the north side of W Pipkin Road, east of Dossey Rd., south of Jordan Road, and west of Harden Boulevard, south of the City of Lakeland, in Section 11, Township 29 and Range 23. For a text amendment amending Section E105, adding Institutional as an allowable Land Use and altering portions of the buffering on subject property in the Transit Supportive Development Area (TSDA) to Institutional (INST) in the Transit Supportive Development Area (TSDA).
