DESCRIPTION
Pointe Grand Davenport, LLC is building a 288-unit multifamily development in the County’s Northeast Regional Utility Service Area. The County has determined that it will be more cost effective and efficient to design, permit, and construct the wastewater infrastructure improvements with the capacity needed to support the Project as well as anticipated future development in the area. Accordingly, the Developer has agreed to provide additional capacity in the design of a wastewater force main required to serve the Project. This Agreement establishes the basis of the proportional cost share between the County and the Developer to provide additional capacity for certain wastewater infrastructure improvements associated with the Project.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the Utility Infrastructure Agreement with Pointe Grande Davenport, LLC for the Pointe Grande Davenport to provide additional capacity for certain wastewater infrastructure improvements associated with the Project. Cost not to exceed $140,164.19
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available within the Utilities CIP in the Water Connection Fees Fund for the Miscellaneous Developer Agreements projects budget.
