This request is to accept a two-year warranty and surety in the amount of $37,290 in the form of Maintenance Bond No. GM 226210, which represents 10% of the cost of the publicly dedicated infrastructure for ownership, operation and maintenance by Polk County. This warranty is for a two-year period beginning with the Board’s acceptance. This two-year warranty period begins on August 20, 2024, and ends on August 20, 2026.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept a two-year warranty expiring on August 20, 2026, and a Maintenance Bond in the amount of $37,290 for Peace Creek Reserve.
